Therefore, we treat all personal data in strict accordance with Law 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD).

Communication with users: We use the information to send important communications about our service, such as updates, flight notifications, relevant booking information, transaction confirmations, and other related communications.

Marketing and promotions: With your consent, we may use your personal information to send you marketing communications, promotions, special offers, and satisfaction surveys. You can opt out of receiving these types of communications at any time.

4. With whom do we share your Personal Data?

Because it is part of the Aeromot Group, VOWE may share users' personal information with other companies belonging to the group, provided that this is necessary for the purposes of managing, operating, and improving the services offered.

Therefore, we will be able to operate in conjunction with other VOWE companies and partner companies in various activities, including data hosting, analytics, and consulting for advertising campaigns.

Therefore, we reserve the right to share your information with the third parties indicated in this policy, always requiring that the third party also observe and respect all applicable regulations to preserve the privacy and integrity of your Personal Data.

Sharing with our Partners: We contract with suppliers and partners necessary for the operation and provision of our Products and Services. Some of them may process the collected data on our behalf.

Marketing and communication delivery: We may use companies, systems and marketing tools, data analysis, mailing lists and APIs to send notifications, communications, targeted content and advertisements according to your interests, as well as measure the effectiveness of online advertising. Therefore, some data may be shared between VOWE and other companies, mainly unique identifiers such as IP addresses, cookies, behavioral, usage and browsing data.

Analytics: In addition to the aggregated data we receive from partners, the stored data may be used for statistical analysis purposes (analytics), helping us understand who visits our Platforms, uses our Services, and how they access the Products, in order to improve service delivery and customize Products according to their interests.
